At Upton Boxing Gym , there is a lot of conditioning, teaching the proper way to box , and sparring. All done with safety first.

Need a physical from ur doc. If ur sparring or in competition u need a USA Boxing registration ($75/year). If u go inside and speak to the receptionist at the front desk he/she will provide all the info u need, how to obtain it, and will provide all the paperwork needed to start. $65 for a year at Upton. $5 for a day. They dont accept cash, only money orders. Being 15 (a minor) u will need a parent or guardian to sign the paperwork with u.
