I needed a medical procedure where I'd be sedated and would need help getting back home, so I googled several places but only got voicemails. Right At Home were the only ones that answered the phone, so that was the first good thing. Second was I had to change my appointment time, and they handled it without a hitch. So I think they're pretty well organized. Then the caregiver was super-friendly and accommodating, and made sure I was safe and sound and resting properly back in my home before she left.

Hiring a private Caregiver has its risks. Some things to look out for include insurance (in case they are injured on your premises, items broken or stolen from the home, and more). In addition, if a private caregiver doesn’t show up for one reason or another, you may be left without a caregiver with no backup.
