Hours are posted on website and on door that say open till 4:00 daily. We got there at 3:05 and they were closed. Knocked on back door and were told they close at 3:00.

Yes they are open but they keep the doors locked. You have to wait in front where they can see you
Yes Alexandria and Baton Rouge is more equipped to handle any problem you have. But as long as they're from Louisiana there shouldn't be any problems
