Im trying to get intouch with anyone at the Morgan city branch SSA. I Have questions regarding my SSA application. Unable to access My SSA account online

If you know the social security number you can use a health insurance card with the name and date of birth. A school demographic record signed or stamped by the school, school ID only if the child is with you and it must show the correct spelling of the child’s name and current school year; if it does not show the school year you cannot use it, if you do not know the social you must provide proof of custody which could be proof of child support. Medical record from the doctor showing that is signed or stamped showing you as the parent or guardian. You cannot use a shot record if the child is over the age of 5. You can use the child’s passport or ID.
