Could not have been a better experience! I own two rental properties and was lucky enough to connect with Todd. He helped me with the specifics of taking my business to the next level while sharing his own lessons-learned on how to structure my LLC for success. Although I am just starting out, I plan to continue building my real estate portfolio based off the legal guidance and expertise I gleaned in my time spent with Todd. A great person to have in my corner now and in the future!

As a first time investment property buyer Heise & Heise exceeded my expectations. Not only were they extremely prompt and responsive, but they were kind and patient. Thank you Todd and Melissa! Can’t wait to work with you again soon.

Mr. Heise listened patiently and offered insight and workable solutions, on a free consultation. That’s the kind of commitment you look for in a Lawyer.

I reached out to Heise & Heise, LLP on a boundary survey issue. Todd listened patiently to my issues and concerns and provided clear and concise guidance on how we should proceed. I really appreciated that Todd offered to discuss this matter over the phone and provided free advice and recommendations. Todd was very kind and thoughtful and I really do appreciate his guidance. I had reached out to several other attorneys seeking guidance without any luck. I found Todd through Google Reviews and highly recommend his services if you are in need of a good real estate attorney!

We have deficiencies (loss) as low as a $4,000 to $5,000 to over $325,000. Most cases result in lenders agreeing to take the loss with no further liability to the seller.

What are my options for keeping my house , when investor wants 33,000$ in next 6 months?

Stacy Travers | Oct 2, 2019
Heise & Heise, LLP | Oct 2, 2019

I am assuming this is a loan payment arrearage. My recommendation is that you request the lender to modify the loan to include that $33,000.00. Next, work on a term modification to lower payments. Finally, request an interest rate reduction. Please call if you wish to discuss this further. -Todd
