It doesn't look like much and it's small but it's relatively quiet and no traffic. There are a couple crazy ladies though but they're harmless. There's a large courtyard and fruit tree's and plenty of room for your dogs to get out and play fetch.

There is a onsite owner manager. And yes there is a vacantcy at least there was this morning. I do not know the phone number but I'm sure you could look it up online.

The manager lives at the space on the top there's 2 rv's up there it's the motor home that is manager
