Let me be the first to correct my review in regards to them I will say this I did receive a partial refund not what I wanted but at least they had the courtesy of returning something also they did at least approve me for a unit just wasn't in time frame needed

I have been here since February of 2022. A week in there was a shooting and now in September shooting number 2. Tonight I was startled by gun shots and go to my window to see the Port Orange Police Department shooting into an apartment. I have never felt more unsafe for me and my family. Please be cautious and do your research before you choose your home. This is not it.
