I came in June 23, 2022 around 11am very stuck up and rude crew working. the last time we came in the girl was rude acted like she didn't want to take our order and didn't know how to make our drink. she said she's closing so we need to hurry up. that's crazy you can run a business with that type of low quality crew. I will gladly take my business elsewhere no need to pay to be treated badly.

Tonight for the last time I ordered a matcha blended latte as I usually order this drink and it's usually pleasant. I gagged on what looks to be fake eyelashes. Never have I ever had this issue. The barista who made my drink has now ruined it for me. I will never order from here again.

I was a passenger and my driver and I both love Black Rock so we did drive thru and got our tasty coffees. Often in busy times they have a worker with an iPad style device to take and pay credit cards while waiting to move up for drinks.Smart and helpful.

I used to live really close to this location and when I used to go there they were great. I went there the other day and asked for a carmel breve. Unfortunately they didn't use half and half like they were supposed to and screwed up my drink. I couldn't even drink it and I didn't have time to go back and get a new one. That's just a big mistake especially since my drink was almost $10. Wont ever go back to this location.
