Fast and very knowledgeable service dept. They took care of every concern I had..Very refreshing in this day and age!. I drove 100 miles to get the best service ever. Definitely will go back.

WOW! That’s all I can say. This dealership has the most friendly, knowledgeable staff!! Especially Leslie! She was so helpful and made a usually dull experience one full of professionalism and fun! I would recommend to anyone to check this place out for all your car needs!!!

Found out I had a recall on my car so I took it in and asked them to do a oil change. They were super nice and friendly. The place was clean and not busy at all. When they did work on my car it was going to take up all day so they got me a Lyft home so I can chill at home instead of walking around for hours. It was wayyyy better. If I ever need anything done I will go to kia services again. Im usually not about car dealership services cause once they are in there I always leave with something else wrong so I have to come back. But this wasn't the case. Thank you very much

Unfortunately, my car was smoking leaving my mother on the side of the road. Thankfully, we were able to get it towed to Kia for repair. My car was assigned to Leslie. Leslie is a top notch customer rep. Leslie gets 5 ⭐️ (I’ll explain later why the general rating doesn’t match). I explained to her that was my mode of transportation to get my child back and forth to school and she diligently worked to keep me informed and up to date on my car’s status to include when the car wasn’t ready in the time frame they stated it would be. To minimize disruption of my busy mommy/work schedule they were able to reserve a rental car for me so I could continue to transport my child without issue. Unfortunately again, and this has nothing to do with the great customer service Leslie provided - within 10 days my car is back to smoking. Looking under my hood, it looks like the same or similar issue I was told was fixed. I will be in contact with Kia to get a resolve. If my car wasn’t smoking again, this would be a 5 ⭐️ review without question. Leslie gets 5 ⭐️ but Kia’s quality assurance gets a 2.

There are 2 different options. Option 1: Insert the key fob into a slot in your center console or glove box. Option 2: Place the key fob next to the push button which will bypass the system.

This is your low tire warning, some models may not tell you which tire. You should check the tire pressure and see us if necessary. The weather can contribute to low tire pressure as well.

Your Kia needs clean fresh air to breathe and run at its peak level. Kia recommends to replace air filters every 30,000 miles.
