I always have a great experience with the Service Department. Christian, my service manager, is the best. They listen. They respect the fact that I can replace bulbs, filters myself to save a little money. It isn't cheap to have a vehicle serviced at a dealership, but I feel like they have a good handle on the condition of my car so it remains dependable and in excellent condition.

I made a last minute appointment the night before my service. I was received immediately with a smile and reassurance that my vehicle would be ready in a little over an hour. I went and hit the bookstore and pet shop, and my car was ready before I returned. Fast, friendly service was, definitely, done and appreciated!

Your service tech was the most polite and professional person I have ever met and dealt with in my 72 years of living. He explained everything and made sure I was happy 😊. His name is Blaine. We do offer rental vehicles for 35.00 per day. Some service contracts and insurance companies will also cover a certain number of days for you. Although we try to provide a rental vehicle for you when your vehicle is still under factory under warranty, there are times that we are unable to accommodate this due to volume. We will do everything we can to limit these situations.

Dick Hannah Dealerships has made modifications to our operations. Social Distancing protocols are in place per guidelines. Signage and floor decals help to ensure all people maintain appropriate distance. • All staff members are wearing masks when dealing with the public. • Plastic barriers have been installed, where appropriate. • Additional hand sanitizer stations are installed • All vehicle touch-surfaces such as door handles, steering wheels, etc., are being sanitized • All employees are instructed on sanitizing their own work spaces. • Our cleaning staff is being extra diligent and using industrial-grade products. We have reiterated with all of our employees the importance of washing their hands thoroughly, and using hand sanitizer when necessary.
