We contacted Ponderosa Garage Doors to fix the garage door on our shop. The person with whom we spoke was very friendly and helpful. The two young men who came were courteous and knowledgeable and completed the needed repairs in a timely matter. The cost was reasonable - which we really appreciate since we are on a fixed income. We will gladly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors to anyone who needs garage door service.

Nic was extremely detailed with the work that needed to be performed, explaining the current situation and providing at least three different options and price ranges to fix our issues, he worked quickly and effectively and the final invoice was fair and without any hidden charges. You can't go wrong with Ponderosa!

Nic and his partner were both great. Explained the work to be done thoroughly, very professional and friendly. They also responded well within the scheduling window and the price was reasonable. I will definitely have them back for any future repairs.

The gentleman from Ponderosa was able to stop by the same day I called thankfully as the spring on the door had broken. He had everything he needed on his truck and was able to fix and improve my rails/wheels/spring. I appreciated that he told me options and the cost of each but did not pressure me to do more than needed. I would definitely recommend Ponderosa :)
