When I moved here it was much better . Trees were trimmed lawns were mowed , now managements gone to hell . There's nothing to offer ,you enjoy gossip, plenty here. There is alot of favoritism on managers part , rules enforced for those not liked , rent goes up with nothing to show for it . It could be a nicer place . We have 10 mph speed limit...nobody enforces it . No blind signs for our blind tenant , we need better management . You write a letter it goes to managers office to trash can . Manager wants complaints in writing then nasty when you do . Homes in dis repair many should be condemned . This is updated review, rent went up forty five dollars with nothing to show for it once again, it's a slum now and new buyers will pay 685 a month . Don't buy here . In the past 4 years 3 people have passed in homes, 2 we're elderly, one lay on the floor 2 months the other just recent a week . There are no welfare checks on elderly , seems like if they're late with rent then they are looked into . According to the prospectus you are not allowed to have an unplated car ,we have one on street no less for a year. We have a storage yard but no access due to a landscaper using most of. People have to mow own lawns or find someone ,however they front but not back of homes .the list goes on . Management has been made aware the response is I'll tell the owners .

It is a 55 plus Park and it's older but nice. I have lived here 15 years. Lots of water pipe issues through the years. It's an old park lots of tree roots. Kudos to quick response from Schaefer Plumbing . And a few trees leaning towards people's mobile homes which they still have not cut down. Just had tree trimmers here too! Why do people plant trees so close to their homes? Don't they realize that eventually they are going to get huge? No active Clubhouse most people are friendly but keep to themselves. No pool, workout room, or lawn care. We all had to buy mowers or pay for lawn service. Rent went from $557 to $602 a month until next September then who knows how high this new large corporation will increase it (Cobblestone Mngmt. LLC). They are trying to compare us to the parks around us (Ammenaties) and there is no comparison. They put a note in mailroom talking about $685 Fair Market Value?! It's my home and as long as I can afford to rent this piece of dirt I will stay here but it's really hard on some of the single older people. When I moved here it was $289 a month lot rent. They do include Water and Sewer which is nice. Not fair a single person has to suffer the increase in rent to pay the water/sewer bill for people who have three and four adults living in their trailer. Not to mention no vehicle parking areas. Maybe a larger parking area by the clubhouse?

We are new and just moving in. This park has the charm and cleanliness that's missing in the larger parks in the area. It's quaint. Amazingly clean. Very private. Folks take an evening stroll to chat with neighbors. Very friendly people without imposing. The staff and management are absolutely first rate. Five Stars! Very very pleased to call this place home.

Have lived here 9 yrs and most of the bad comments are true.. Not enough being done to improve, yet letters get sent to clean up properties.. How about management looking " around" entire houses instead of just front and sides, then you will see " nothing " is being done.. But yes, let's keep raising the rent and giving the residents nothing!!! I would add photos but I shouldn't have to do managements job.. Unless you are desperate I would not recommend moving here.
