The only reason this place has 5 stars is because the office gives you a free laundry card to rate them 5 stars. The website advertises "breath taking views" and it will take your breath away when you smell the trash that is literally all over the ground and the mold in the hallways leading to your apt. The air conditioning comes out through the outlets and light switches,, if it comes on at all. There's zero parking space unless you want to pay for a spot that's behind your apt, so you'd have to walk all the way around the complex to unlock your front door. I had an appointment to view the apt before moving in (which the office set up) only for them to walk me all the way to the door and tell me they don't have any keys to get in. The entire complex is sketchy, but I guess you get what you pay for (barely)

If I could give no stars I will. Worst Apartment Ever. They don’t respond for days sometimes weeks. Ppl are barely in the office. They always have a temp no one knows what’s going on. They double bill you for the same thing. The Buildings need to be condemn. Brooke and other had tenants to lie on reviews to look good.

The neighborhood is terrible there's loud neighbors constantly moving inside of your building the landlord she is very rude and nasty and she does not work with you wouldn't recommend there is roaches all inside the place even when you have a clean your place inside and out they're still roaches.
