I live at Windy Pines the new management is less desirable than the two prior ones can't get them to do anything that I call them about call them I needed a new air filter for my air conditioner they said they would have to check my lease to see if they paid for those almost 3 weeks later they left one at my front door not very friendly or accommodating

I haven't even been to the apartment and I'm already having a bad feeling about it. I've been calling since last week left a message and everything yet no reply. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been living here for almost 3 years and although the Management has changed 3 times I would have to say that the new owners seem to really care and are making a great effort at taking care of the property. I will say though that access to the laundry room is not good. there was a time when all residents had a key and you could do laundry anytime you needed know its locked and no one has a key. It could be open during regular business hours but since I work 8 to 5 I wouldn't know. But I would like to say thank you to the Newest owners for all there hard work.

beware do not move in these apartment the manager has a problem with black folks. Roaches, etc.
