Yea this place is the worst place to live. We pay 826. For 2 bedroom when everyone else pays 600 something to 700. For same 2 bedroom. When we moved in there was so much wrong with the place there still is the maintenance are so unorganized .that we had a leak in both bathrooms one coming from toilet and the other was from upstairs took 4 days to get them to fix the leaks now i got big hole in bathroom ceiling and they left my tub a mess. No one in these apartments are happy with this place

Yes that United was flooded for about a week and they never replaced the carpet in that unit.

Don't let them lie, I wouldn't suggest my worst enemies to use that nasty laundry room. Don't let them get you. Do not choose this apartment complex. They just go up on your rent after making you stay a year in a nasty environment where no repairs are ever completed they pretend to care and take your work orders but then if and when they do come they half do the work then never come back to finish. They fix an apt half but to get someone in but that's the only apts I ever really see them working on. And I work from home so always here to see and hear construction work lol. I cannot wait to move away from here. They don't have long to change my mind before my lease is up.

Short answer, it depends on the standard of living you're used to. 1. The trash is uncontrollable when you have residents that don't care and just dump trash out their front door or vehicles. 2. I had fly larva in my fridge when I moved in. 3. I had to do extensive cleaning because I found trash and food left over in my cabinets that had just been painted over. 4. The carpet was never removed from the previous tenant stay. 5. Half my lightbulbs didn't work. My door frame is so rotted, my 5 year old could EASILY break into my apartment. 6. There's a toothbrush in my bathroom sink drain. 7. Ohhh and don't lean on the very very loose wooden railing... Someone here fell off their patio and had to be hospitalized for a spinal injury. The entire apartment complex needs to be bulldozed before anyone else gets hurt.
