Would not recommend but the staff is very helpful. But severely understaffed and people don't seem to have food handlers cards. There was a hole in the ceiling for about a month just dripping water right in the path of servers and tables.The floors are very dirty, there is always random repairs laying in the corners of the hallways They raised the rent 300$ for the residents but the employees seemed to be at minimum wage. The elevators went out several times in the span of a few months. And the food is the same food you get in a high school cafeteria. But I guess they do have a pond I do not want to contact resident relations. Please let me know when you have started paying a livable wage to staff. So that they can continue holding up your company that cuts every corner with food and with maintenance. I took off another star for not addressing any of the issues directly.

Comfortable setting with scenic and safe walking path. Rent is reasonable when first signing up but continues to increase even though new renters pay substantially less. Services (quality of food, recreation and transportation) have consistently diminished in the past 3 years.

My uncle lives here and loves it. They are very caring and they watch out for him. I appreciate their level of cleanliness and safety.

I have worked with Hidden Lakes as a vendor for roughly 3 yrs now and I MUST say they are the absolute best!!! The Marketing Director, Lisa Haines has the best personality and caring attitude, always. She truly bleeds for her community and colleagues, and will bend over backwards to ensure your loved ones are always living their best life!!!! The entire staff make the residents feel loved and special. Hidden Lakes also has the best view of any community I've ever worked with, and I appreciate that they play music throughout the building all day. Trust me and look no further my friends.... You get more than a dwelling here, they actually embody the word "community"
