This specific branch is the only one I’ve experienced for my very professional experience for installation of my vehicle audio systems. Twice I’ve come to them for the best pricing, including a Military Discount that significantly reduces the price. The leadership of Store Mgr Omar Trujillo, Dave, Shop Service Mgr is beyond reproach! The entire staff (shop crew & sales staff) treats everyone like they’re important. The technicians get it done, no matter how difficult it is, they really work, tools & meters in hand. I retired fm the U S Navy, I admire teamwork… it’s right there!

I was very pleased with the service I received at the Salem Car Toys. They applied 3M Ceramic tint to my windows. Jose did an excellent job of explaining my options. The final result was fantastic and a testament to Jose’s skill. I am enjoying all the benefits of the ceramic tint, it’s a game changer. Highly recommend.

It would have been a 5 had they not told us our vehicle was done and when we got there, it still needed 2+ hrs of work done. Had to leave it an extra day. Not only that, the weekend before it was worked on, I called about bringing it down, as I was told the day before to call at 10am and they told me they had no time for me and the associate was quite rude with me, I almost took my business elsewhere! I believe the technician who worked on our truck did a good job and was very nice and professional. However, there is a front desk associate who I believe needs better customer service training.

The only negative is that I was first told it would be about 5 hours when I got to my appointment, but then it ended up taking 9 hours. I wish they would have told me this when I first made the appointment via text instead of telling me when I got there because I didn’t have a way of getting home (I live 50 mins away) and just walked around over at the mall that’s near the whole time. Other than that, they did solid work and I’m really happy with the outcome. About $715 to get a new stereo, backup camera, and alarm system installed. Really happy with it.

All my jobs have been same day but if it's a busy weekend or a big job you might have to wait a day or two
What is online stock? They have inventory in the store. They have tons of stereos, speakers, boxes, amps, install kits, and adapters in the store. Are you asking if you can purchased items from that inventory online? If they don't have something you need, they can order it.

No. But I believe you can get financing O.A.C, but you'ld have to contact your local Car Toys in person for details..
If your taking about cellular antennas than that makes sense, they are outdated. But if it is a radio antenna than I would talk to a dealership. They liability might come with any kind of issue with the dealership or the manufacturer
