Worthless staff I don't think there a brain cell between anyone in that building. The most horrible experience trying to get anything done with them.... don't waste your time trying to get help here because you wont!

This clinic would be great if Dr Montreal removes her husband Carlos as the business manager. No complaints on quality of care or bedside manner with either provider. I will not seek care at this clinic and will advice others to seek care elsewhere solely due to Carlos Montreal. If you ever wondered the definition of a narcissist or little man syndrome, Carlos is it. I cannot support a business, especially a local small business, who allows their business manager to verbally abuse their employees. There is a reason for the high turnover rate. I truly feel for the employees. The medical field is stressful as it is without the addition of a manager yelling at his employees all day. It’s also well known that Carlos can view clinic cameras from his home an cell phone in order to monitor his employees. These cameras have clear views of the reception area as well as who is entering exam rooms. This in itself is a huge HIPPA violation. Yes Carlos, I know you will not find me in your database as a patient. No, I am not confusing you with another pain clinic. I am posting anonymously for good reason.

My appointment was good. I had a very short wait. The amount of paperwork for a return visit was appropriate I had an exam of painful area and then we reviewed my MRI on the computer. The explanation of what I was looking at was understandable and complete. Future treatment was discussed, questions were answered and I will be scheduled when they receive my insurance approval The clinic is organized and efficient. Everyone I encountered was warm and professional.
