Tried calling to ask a simple question and after an hour of texting I kinda got an answer. No call back, the person must have seen my incoming call and texted my number instead of answer. After an hour of slow texting me back the person sort of answered my question then gave me a thumbs up when I said I just had a quick question I wanted to call about. I just ordered a watch screen repair kit and got rid of scratches on my phone myself for 19 bucks.... Replying with our conversation that doesn't show the timeline is misleading and still rude lol u still don't apologize or take responsibility. When ppl call someone that usually means they dont wanna txt and it especially means it doesnt take over an hour to call someone back. Have a great day 👋

I am usually not one for writing reviews. But, the service I received from James deserves a 5 star review. I called him to find out how much to replace the battery in my phone, got quoted a price I felt was fair. He ordered the battery, which came quickly, then scheduled a time with me for replacement. He got it done so quickly...and I didn't even lose any apps or contacts from my phone! Super happy with the service I received here.

Well my iPhone cracked and was making my fingers bleed so I came here out of desperation. James handled the broken phone within 1 hour And was so helpful. Wellll...fast forward a month and a half later and it cracks again?!!!!!!! So James handled it again and this time I bought the tempered glass screen. I've basically bought my phone all over again. Anyhow, James has been super helpful and understanding, prompt and courteous. Straightforward for sure but definitely nice. Highly recommend this store for any fixes. And please don't listen to the bad reviews. I almost did and decided to find out for myself and happy I did. Haven't had any issues.

In addition the store's good selection of late model phones, James does great repair work. My husband's on/off button on his iPhone 5 began to fail at the beginning of this year. He took it to James, who carefully repaired it by replacing the internal component that same day. Just like that, the button has been performing like the day the phone was first turned on. Given that work and the other repairs he performs to refurbish used phones, James clearly has a lot of technical expertise troubleshooting and performing all forms of repairs and unlocking various types of phones. Best of all, he does it with reliable parts without the high cost charged by the big box stores. If you've damaged your phone, you should definitely check with him to see if it's repairable before you replace it--he can size up the damage and give you a quote on what it would cost to fix it. You might not have to replace the phone after James is able to work his magic. After upgrading my own phone a few months ago, I wanted to recoup some money by selling my old phone. My husband searched around online, but neither my carrier or other mainstream buyers of used electronics were going to give me more than a few bucks for it. We took it to James, and knowing the value of it, he gave me top dollar for it in cash. If you're looking to upgrade like I was, take your old phone to James and get cash--you'll be glad you did!

Take it in and he might make you an offer~
Just like everywhere else right now. Wear a mask.
Yes, please contact for pricing.
Maybe. Email me or text me with the model of the phone please.
This isn't the best forum to submit a specific question like this. Maybe go to the contact us tab on their website or call them.
Sorry, not that version.
Yes. Two options, if the phone is still usable I can repair the digitizer. $165, but it takes 7-10 days. If it's completely broken $265.00, but that can be done in a few hours.
Yes he does.
