The employee flat out lied to us. We just purchased the galaxy s22. He told us we needed to buy the charging plug in or it will not charge. Bull. As long as it fits in the phone it charges just fine. There's a difference between recommending and flat-out lying to your customers.

The staff here are always friendly. 1/14/21 Update: recently changed plans to upgrade our phones. Every time we turned around there was another charge and there were no papers to keep track of it with, it was all verbal (way harder to keep up with). Our phones didn't end up being free as the offer said. We had to trade in for part of it and then they offset some of it and left us with a monthly balance. The numbers didn't match up as we went through the process. We were told if we added a 3rd line at that time, it was no charge. It's $30 extra that we've been paying for 3 months. The gentleman said we had to pay for apple care every month and he was adding it in. Our total is still what he said, but we don't appear to have apple care on our devices. Doing everything with no paper to keep track of it all felt very overwhelming and I don't think we got what we were asking for. I wish they had a table of what all was included for free and what we were agreeing to. There's no way to go back and say that a mistake was made - or wasn't.

After making us wait 15min because their safe was on timer he took forever poking around his app. Just kept going back and forth, I'm tech savvy and have worked in this environment, he wasn't choosing anything just going back and forth. He finally handed us the watch and sent us on our way. The watch was not activated and I had to call customer care and spend another 30min on the line waiting, even the rep asked why the store employee didn't activate it if they all have access to it.

Awesome customer service! Eric the new manager has a great team that makes you feel more like family. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I really appreciated the extra time they took to help.me, I didn't feel like they were just trying to take my money. Keep up the great work, you guys rock!
