My charging port is loose. I called them to see if their Tech guy could fix it. I walked in, he looked at it, said my phone was fine. They tried to charge me $40 for a wall charger that then also did not work when I took it home. Go to find out, it is indeed the port that needed to be fixed, but according to the sales rep, the Tech guy knows best and my phone is just fine. Buying a phone, or leasing a phone, or getting on a phone plan-sure. Fixing phones? They have no idea.

Lancaster and Aurbur store in Salem got some of the worst people working there. They are very unprofessional I went in to pick up my new phone and to transfer my informations to the new one They girl went to back storage area looking for it after a long time being back to there she finally came out and told me that she can't transfer the informations today because it almost 7 o'clock and I said is not even 7 o'clock and then one of other worker said we Can't do it because it might takes two hours to transfer and we have family to get too. No phone take two hours to transfer the info they just lazy and don't want to do it.I would not go back to Tmoble again once my contract is over.

Stood in line 30 minutes. while one employee talking to people for over 10min about non work stuff. The other trying to make a Sale disregarded all 6 of us stamdkng inline Finally a manager came out and started organizing things. His name was corey. Without him the place would get a 1 rating.
