It took me year and half to make the decision of replace our 20 years old mattress. I went to this store in SE Salem a year ago during the Covid. Warm welcomed by Londa and talked about an hour. She answered all the questions I asked in a detailed and professional way. Finally I made my decision this year and got the mattress I like. It has been two months, my mattress still feels like new. Mattress World has a great selection for all types of sleepers. Pricing was reasonable with many options to fit your budget. The customer service was exceptional. Londa was attentive and knowledgeable. Despite being the only sales rep working that day, she made sure to greet us upon entering and gave us some shopping suggestions while she was finishing up with a customer. We planned on visiting a few different stores, but we decided to purchase here. Glad we came here first.
