A sham of a "Hotel". No one on desk service after 8 pm, no one answers the phone over the weekend, and they have a pool, but you never know when it will be open during the weekdays, and locked up over the weekends. Some morning you will be lucky to get a cup of coffee. If you are looking for Cheap? You will definitely find it here. I am here on a job for an extended stay, but we are supposed to buy our own toilet paper and linens? House keeping is a joke.

Management is rude. Service is below terrible. Had to sleep in my car in below zero weather because My key would not work for my room they wanted to blame it on me for it at first but it turns out the door itself was broke and had to be over rode manually to gain entry still had to sleep in my car and cost myself $25 in gas. But I was nice about it but Then when housekeeping came they couldn't even make my bed because apparently there were clothes next to my bed so sorry you've never seen clothes next to a bed. And toilet paper isn't provided? Been on the road for years never had such a thing happen. Work starts at 8am ladies!!! Edit: after writing this review and complaining to corporate management decided to retaliate and charge me $50 extra 2 days after check out, lucky me I was smart enough to have recorded the staye I left the room in, and the paperwork i signed did not have an early checkout fee mentioned. Not that they cared, they put me on the do not rent list for their own behavior .

My son and his Grandfather have had lived in the extended stay room number 149. I'm not impressed with who ever is their to fix problems in the room to make sure everything is working. I myself had to call to inform them that the heater in the room that they lived in for many months didn't work. I'm not sure if they check in any room to see what's working or not. Just like the broken toilet seat.
