Pool was down for the first two days but otherwise stay was great. Rooms are clean and there are plenty of outlets and ethernet access. Night staff guy gave me some hotsauce when I asked if they had any and was super cool about it at 1am

10/10 Been in this hotel for 4 nights and got another few to go. Pros : king size bed, super comfy pillows, easy to work thermostat, pull out couch bed, super clean, no smoke smells, very spacious room, great breakfast with a little variety every day. Great staff. Cons : the sink faucet is oddly placed. It's on the corner of a square sink so if you wash ur hands the water goes all over the counter. Pool wasn't heated and now its broke (some guest broke it, no fault of the hotel itself) All in all, an amazing hotel.

Positive: The hotel was clean and fairly quiet, which is always nice. The location was convenient in regards to the proximity to our event. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard but had some reasonable options. Negative: The room was kind of small and cramped. The bathroom sink faucet design was awful. The water pressure wasn't strong at all and it ended up making more of a mess than it was worth.

They went out of our way to make sure we had a good stay. We were there for a funeral and had been to several hotels and left angry! I believe Joyce was her name. She was wonderful! The staff was amazing and the food was great. The room was absolutely clean and smelled wonderful. We will definitely stay again if we are here or around another.
