What this hotel advertise when booking is not what you get the pictures seemed very nice but the hotel itself isn’t. They’re going under construction right now not sure what exactly they’re doing but gym that they advertise there was two beds in the middle of it and it looked like that’s where they kept some of the construction work tools, the beds in the room still had the factory plastic on them but the sheets were stained. Before we entered our room a worker had to double check our tv and replace the remote as it didn’t work. The free breakfast that is also advertised is just a lie there is none not even milk,muffins,cereal nothing but village inn is next to them so we ended up going over there. I got a deal on Priceline for this hotel and it was 50$ a night and in my opinion it wasn’t even worth 50$ Another issue was no one seemed to ever be at the front desk they have a bell to ring and even after ringing the bell it took another 10 mins for her to come to the front ONLY because one of the construction worker had her personal cell and had to call her.

When we check in in the hotel the room, they assigned us, the bathroom was dirty with urine staying on, towel stain. I report to the front desk lady, she assigned another room for me. The second room when we get in, we found no hangers no chair. I report to the front desk lady again and requesting a chair and some hangers. The front desk lady walked with me to another room and ask if I was fine with the 3rd one. I checked the bathroom of the third room, it was clean and I saw there was a gliding chair, so I told her it looks good. Then I told my whole family with two children to move to the room. After we settle down in the third room, we found out there was no smoke detector, Plus the wire was hanging out from the ceiling. I then report to the front desk lady again, but this time that lady step aside and there is another lady talk to me, asking what was it again. I told this lady that there was no smoke detector in the room, this is safety issue. The second lady said gave her 2 minute, she could put the smoke detector on right away. She asked me if this is fine with me, or if I want to check out now. I replied that if I can have 5 minutes to think about what to do. Then I saw her whispering with the first front desk lady about 5 minutes thinking. At this point, my family and my two children also arrived the front desk hall. I told that second lady that this was not acceptable, because obviously the three room were not ready for customers. The second front desk lady said they were remodeling, and asked me to understand. I told her that I did try to understand, but all three rooms were either dirty, no hangers, no chair, and the last room even had no smoke detector. And you said it was not a big deal, you can just put it on within couple minutes. This attitude show me this hotel doesn't take the safety issue seriously. Right after I express my concern, another guy coming down from second floor stairs, speak loudly about what was the complaint. And then this guy said the same thing as the lady said, gave him 2 minutes to put the smoke detector on, this is not a big deal and very easy to do. I explained the concern about how to treat this safety code, the guy just yelled at us to leave, just check out and leave, and thank our business, with the word BS. With this, me and my husband decided to check out right away, it's unbelievable that they were so rude to customers Plus, in front of our children.

The air freshener smell was so strong in the hall and in the room. There were hairs in the tub, shower curtain was barely hanging on, bathroom sink and shelf clearly hadn't been wiped down, The bathroom door wouldnt latch shut. You couldnt deadbolt the door to the room since the notches were uneven. Pillow cases and sheets had stains. The light cover had splatter of some kind of liquid that was starting to mold. I gave it 2 stars because the tv worked and the air conditioner worked enough to at least get air movement so you survived the stench. Super cheap rates, and ya get what ya pay for. Good luck! 😬

If I could give a negative star I would. Talk about misrepresentation on the best western website! The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Very run down, seriously needs a makeover, it's like a hotel in the 1960s. Curtains old and dirty. Sheets need some ironing, they were all creased and had stains. It said hot breakfast...nothing of that sort. Beds super uncomfortable. The people in the room next to us were super loud and we're blasting music on loud. The only plus was that the water in the bathtub was nice and hot.
