Not a very clean place, maids come after check out. Have to empty trash an request towels daily. Owner Ryan is always present wich is unusual, very indifferent according to staff racist. Poor quality breakfast, low life occupants, consistent weed smoking. Cars are frequently broken into. After check out was charged an additional $250. By owner because of alleged chemicals that had to be used? Wich was not contractual nor discussed, was no deposit, has not returned calls. Had to have bank reimburse, Beware!

We stayed in Room 240 on June 28,2022 and the room had a chip on the wall, black mold around one of the outlets, the beds are high off the ground, hole in the curtains and it look like it had blood on them, and the shower handle was not caulked and falls off easily, the communication with the hotel clerk was a little difficult. The hallway has poor lighting and I believe that Wyndham doesn't pay attention to the franchisee of the hotels that are under them because I have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and they have been rundown and their policies are different, and I have had it where I got a free night from Wyndham and the hotel charged me in Kansas City. I have a bachelor's degree in business, and I know how a business should be run

Positive: Met need for late check in for one night. Negative: Check in process, staff couldn't operate computer. Couldn't find password to get in. Had to write out some things. Glad I prepaid. Breakfast area sparse.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel for three days. First, the front desk personnel was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Second, I enjoyed having a "hot" breakfast every morning. Third, the location was great. Close to highway, shopping and restaurants. Negative: No. It was good. Nice and quiet and very clean atmosphere (in/outside).
