We have had such a great experience living here. This is the first place we found before moving to Nebraska, and we are so grateful for it. Staff is incredibly friendly, maintenance is on point, love the access to dog parks, and the playground. They host so many events for the tenants and pets. Makes you feel welcomed and seen. Have yet to feel unsafe in the area and haven’t had issues with any of the bad weather. Given our personal experience so far. Highly recommend!

I lived here for two years and we didn’t have any issues until the management changed the second year. The ladies who work in the office are rude and act like you’re bothering them when with a simple question. My biggest issue was the maintenance guy went into our apartment without any notice whatsoever when we weren’t even home and then we noticed several things came up missing! First off that’s illegal they need to give at least 24 hour notice if they are entering someone’s home but yet we got nothing. When I complained to management they did nothing but give me Lund’s phone number. Lund did nothing for us either or even acknowledge the fact they weren’t following there own rules. Both of them were helpless! Next, they threaten us with an eviction notice for not paying our pet deposit which we did. After we did our end by looking through our bank statement and seeing our check was indeed cashed they called us back and said sorry we didn’t look through our paperwork. But yet they went to the extent of writing an eviction letter?! They barely plow the streets when it snows so if you have to get to work early good luck. I wish management never changed or maybe we would of stayed. I won’t recommend this place to anyone ever.

I loved living here, the apartments are super nice. Maintenance and management were always on top of everything. The pool is beautiful, easy system to pick up packages outside of office hours, 24 hour gym. The hard wood floors are so pretty! Washer and dryer in unit. HUGE bathroom and walk in closets. Windows are big and let’s do much natural lighting in here. The dog park is super convenient too. The only thing is that if you’re a smoker, you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that, awesome place to live. I’ve had no issues.
