I have tried for months to get needed supplies to use my CPAP. They send supplies for the Philips machine (recalled) and not the new ResMed. Finally was able to get ResMed supplies, but won't work - sent for AirSense 10 after I confirmed with them that I have the AirSense 11. I believe they work to find ways to create problems - no way they could make this many mistakes just by being incompetent - they work hard at it!

Rented a hospital bed from them for 1 month. Told them I only needed it for a week but month was the shortest period. They did not pick up the bed. The name of the company was different than Fletchers and no paperwork was left with the bed. I received a bill for another month's rental from Fletcher. I called them and explained the situation. They picked up the bed then sent a past due notice via mail. I called again to the number on the past due statement and was rudely informed that I am responsible for the bill even though I did not contract for the additional month. This is outrageous. Now They are calling me multiple times daily from a listed and a restricted number. My only recourse is to pay the bill I didn't authorize or seek legal advice from an attorney. I do not recommend this business to anyone as I believe they are taking advantage of their customers/patients.

You should ask them. I'm just a customer. Mine was emailed.
Call someone else. If you order from them they will charge you much more than you can buy online. They will ship you supplies you didn't order and then bill you. If you want to return what you didn't order you have to take it back or pay to ship it back. ZERO customer service and, once you've done business with them they will keep bugging you long after you have stopped doing business with them.
I think you’re better off just going to the facility and ordering it.
I think they do but not sure if they do think it's just a Power Wheel Chair"s.
They will deliver anything your doctor gives a referral for, if your insurance will pay for it, you may have a small copay, but you can do personal orders without ins.
I don't have an answer related to Fletchers but the best monitor I have experience with is Phillips. Hope this helps.
