Generally good but drove from Mandarin to drop off a rug and a sign on the door said, basically, due to shortage of personal they wouldn't open until early afternoon...can't remember when. Also, been getting an answering service lately instead of a real person. If they get "too good" to provide personal service I'm not going back. In their previous location a real person answered the phone and a real person was at the desk and eager to help and even chat a bit. Loved it. Even bought a new rug....the business needs to stay personal. They "Were" delightful. Gotta go back soon...we'll see.

Yes. We can deliver to your new address as long as it is in our service area.
Yes. We can store your rug up to 30 days Free of Charge. After 30 days, there is a $1.00 per day per rug storage fee unless other arrangements have been made prior to acceptance.
It takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on the rug and the particular cleaning being done. For your convenience, we will be happy to schedule a delivery date and time when we pick up your area rug.
We will gladly move most furniture pieces to safely retrieve your rug; however, some particularly heavy pieces, such as pool tables need to be moved prior to our arrival. We also request you remove all small breakable items from the tops of all furniture that will need to be moved.
