I'm not too sure about the building within the park but it has a great lake, playground, and skatepark the the kids. And also a fairly small nature / Boardwalk. New park recently added that the kids love. Never seen this type of park set up.

Can you come to the gym to walk upstairs for the summer. Because it will be too hot to walk outside.
