Arrived on the day before tropical storm Ian, in the middle of the day, when they were supposed to be open, and they were "closed for inventory". There were 4 other vehicles behind me, 3 with full trailers, and we all had to turn around and leave. There is nothing on their website or on Google stating that this business closes for inventory. There is nothing stating that this business closes for any reason during open hours. This is how you lose customers. I will never be back here. Also, if you go to the metal recycling place downtown, they pay waay more.

I am not happy they are closed today for inventory.. they should do there inventory on another day or at night because people come to recycle to get money like today I am broke and have a little bit of gas....and do said they will reopen on Friday

This is the most unorganized, unprofessional sorry excuse for a business in the city of Jacksonville I’ve had experience with in my life, the people in the office are extremely rude and the people outside probably don’t have a full size brain if you put them all together, extremely lazy individuals, I arrived a 3:50 with 200 lbs or more of bare bright copper just to find out I was too late even though the website says they close at 4, apparently they aren’t interested in making any money , but that’s surprising after looking at the place and the people, if you were smart you will take your recyclables elsewhere cause these people don’t have a clue about what they’re doing

They are very fast when you pull up your vehicle and bring them what you have for scrap they're very fast they're very honest and they give you your money's worth they are amazing you could be in and out of there within 5 minutes the latest 10 minutes they are the best 100% go back there all the time the people I know go there all the time and I suggest others should go there
