Show up and there’s a sign that there’s no provider here… nothing like making an appointment a month in advance for no reason. I call and they say “there’s a note to cancel and reschedule” lady on the phone didn’t even offer an apology or to reschedule. Not to mention the sign says “option 4” and there is NO option 4. That’s fine I don’t need to deal with a company that’s this unprofessional. Thanks for making me waste time and money 😑

irresponsible, they are overloaded with patients and do not attend when they should. 72-year-old patient with covid has been waiting for 3 days for the doctor to call him to start treatment. we have solved on our own. too much lack on their part in the case of a patient with covid and an senior man, thank God she is not in serious condition but he has not felt well and has a lot of cough

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS OFFICE FOR 1 YEAR AND I HAVE SEEN DR. VILLAR. THE TRANSITION TO THE NEW PROVIDER, JAYSON RAMIREZ AND DR. OKIE WAS SMOOTH AND IM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEYRE BOTH VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS AND THAT IS SO IMPORTANT NOWADAYS. HAVING A PROVIDER THAT ACTUALLY CARES FOR YOUR HEALTH IS EVERYTHING TO ME. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I FEEL SAFE AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF WITH THE DOCTORS CENTER STAFF AND THEYRE PROVIDERS.
