Ummmm yeah!!! This will be my frequent stop on EVERY visit to CT. Honestly I didn't expect for it to be as good as it was! The chocolate mousse cake had only two slices left and that should have prompted me to get both, but nooo. Oh how I regret that. I even went to the Hartford location but they didn't have it. Every cake and cupcake we bought was amazing!!! The customer service was not so great, could have been just an off day maybe Much better service at the Hartford location. Otherwise recommended for sure!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I special ordered a large rum cake for a birthday party. I picked it up last night and when I went to serve it at the party today all the guests complained that there is no rum in the cake and that it is so dry to the point it is inedible. I contacted Mozzicato to ask if I could return it for a refund and was told they do not give refunds and that I could either return it for a smaller cake that was already made and sitting out in the case, or return it for a store credit. What kind of a company sells a customer an inedible product and then refuses to refund them their money?? Then to make matters worse, I was informed that in order to even get a store credit I will need to first return the cake today and THEN the owner will call me and discuss the possibility of issuing me the store credit. Talk about HORRIBLE customer service. I will be returning the cake. I will also be contacting the CT Attorney General about this. My advice to anyone thinking about getting a cake for their loved ones special occasion is to go somewhere else. The food here is awful and they DO NOT stand by their products or care about their customers. Shame on them.
