The staff are great! If you have a problem and ask for help, they try to do what they can. I've been going here for a while and everyone that works here now are amazing.! I love the nurse Shelby, she really cares and will brighten your day! The Dr is nice and the counselors are good too, especially Derrick the unofficial bodyguard...JK! As long as you really want to do the work and get sober, it's a wonderful environment. Thanks everyone at ITS! I appreciate you all, buh bye!

I followed all the rules and jumped through all their hoops... I was called in for diversion. I forgot to put 2 bottles in my bag, which I was given permission to go and retrieve, I brought them back and still had my privileges dropped from monthly to daily. I have always been clean and followed the rules. They will find any reason to make your insurance pay for daily visits, despite having a perfect record.

I have been here for years. The new nurse made a mistake ;gave me 2 weeks worth of meds even though staff had repeatedly told him to only give me one day at a time . I didn’t tell him there was a huge line . When I got home I called about the mistake. When I did return the nurse bar-rated me in front of a bunch of clients saying I was wrong. He was very unprofessional. Even after the staff told him several times I was having a day at a time dose.

I have been coming here for about a year now, the staff can change but they are always committed to helping you as long as you try and help yourself, this has been the only clinic i have gone too and have recommended it to many other recovering addicts in the same boat. Come for the help.

I'll research and try to find that info for you. Have you gone up the chain of command and spoken with your counselor, then the site manager ? That sucks about work !! The only good thing I can tell you about that is that medical reasons are not supposed to be used to fire someone, even if it causes you to be late or no-show, and if they do unfortunately fire you you'd be able to sue them, and collect unemployment etc. And when coming in late on those days you do not have to explain anything other than "I was late due to medical reasons" You do not have to explain any further than that to your supervisor etc. Coolidge is currently morning only - would it be possible to switch to one of their clinics that have the afternoon shift ? I believe those shifts are open until like 8:00 pm. I'm sure you're going to the one most convenient for you, I'm just throwing out ideas because work/dependability is so important. I'll get back with info asap.
No, they expect you to have opiates in your system.

Thank you for reaching out. We can assist in applying for AHCCCS which is Arizona's medicaid program. We also have Substance Abuse Block Grant funding to assist with the under insured or noninsured. Please call our office to find out more about your options.

They will dose you at your intake appt. The other person answered saying they will dose you if you don't have anything that's not prescribed, that's not true........ Let me explain, they are aware that you are going to come in there with things in your system that are not prescribed to you, that is the reason they are there to help, whether you are on heroin or you take opiate pain pills (prescribed to you or not!) What that person meant was that they will dose you that morning as long as there isn't something in your system that is dangerous to mix with methadone (alcohol, benzodiazepine's like xanax or klonopin) those are highly dangerous to mix with methadone so if its in your system they wont dose you that day because it's dangerous to mix it with them. Of course they will dose you if you have opiates in your system prescribed to you or not, I'm not sure why that person said that as long as you don't have things in your system that aren't prescribed. But yes, they will dose you.
