For the past 4 months my packages have not been getting delivered, they’re marked delivered but no where to be found! After opening investigations nothing! I’ve had to have my mail sent to a family members address so I can actually get my mail!

Went to pick up my PO Box package on a Monday 10:00 am June 20th. Place was closed. Awesome. Do I get my money back for services NOT rendered?

I had a great experience with this post office. There was no crowd at 10:30 on a Monday morning, so I didn't have to wait. The postal worker was friendly and fast! I only needed some international postcard stamps, but I will bring my packages here next time. Lobby was clean and there were post office boxes here too. Packing materials were also for sale.

I've had 2 packages "lost" from this post office. Expensive products in the packages as well. To make matters worse I get absolutely no reply after opening a lost package claim. Just totally ghosted. It's not just them losing my packages that's so disappointing, its everything nowadays, no one wants to work anymore. The can do attitude is just gone.
