I stopped in to mail a package on December 22nd, and all of the staff were very happy and personable. I know that Christmas time at the post office can be crazy, it's wonderful to see people happy. Thank you for brightening my day.

My mail carrier stopped my mail without my approval and now I can’t get any mail at my home. Very frustrating. I have talked to numerous people, including the post master of this location,, without any resolution.

One of my regular carriers from this location has been purposefully redirecting my mail by writing on the parcels that I’ve changed address or moved. I’ve been in to speak with management 4 times and the supervisor always claims to be busy. The office attendants have been helpful, but the carrier has continued to maliciously redirect my mail without my consent. This has been on going since December. Very disappointed in management and the carrier. People should be able to trust the USPS.

The Post Office gives 3 keys when you first get the box. Locks are installed for your security so you are the only one who has a key to the lock. Installing a new lock is $40 at Mt Ogden Post Office

They should have a record of your tracking number at your local post office. You will need to supply the address of the recipient and the return address.
