How old is he, I’m having the same issue and have petitioned the court for guardianship for 6 months. Then you can take him yourself to rehab. There are laws in Arizona but we need to get together to fight for the law to be applied for addicted kids not just crazy people which is currently the case.
Any rehab you call will give you resources even with state insurance he can go to many good places
