My mother and I had to go here when I was really young. They tried to charge her for medical she desperately needed. Her insurance literally was declined no reasoning. You have breast cancer, your young daughter is extremely ill. You both need to be hospitalized but we can't accept until you pay your bill. Yeah no. That's not okay. Our family was so low income. You denied a very sick family that needed it medical. I will never recommend dignity health to anyone.

Horrible shock to see they billed over 800.00 for a simple visit FOR TONSILITIS. NEVER GO HERE. Pursuing all avenues of complaint I can find available for this facility.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DOOOOOO NOT GO HERE!! They charged us $2400 for my daughter who ended up having strep throat (they think) first off how do you even “think” when they took a strep test?! It’s a joke. Terrible service. Rude staff. We left saying it would be $1600 then got a bill for $2400. This place needs to close and be done. Go to EAST VALLEY HOSPITAL and ER if you need great care! I only went there because it was the only place close when I googled it after just moving to the area. 😒
