If I could rate under 1 star, I would. The lack of communication from this agency is unbelievable. The return no phone calls or emails. When you actually get someone online (Brian) they are completely disrespectful and rude. Think twice about hiring this company for any management services.

As a former HOA board member, I have been disappointed in the service Quality 1 Property Management has provided to owners in my community. I have personally, engaged with the staff and found them unprofessional and unresponsive to general requests for information. The most egregious failure is notification of the HOA fee increase and failure to respond to requests for this notice for more than 9 months. I am disappointed by this experience and plan to encourage our HOA board to identify a new management company.

Quality one management is terrible I was trying to reach out to someone because there was an unnecessary increase in my hoa fee. I called and send multiple emails about the issue and all they said was they will address the issue with Manger and give me an update. I didn't hear anything from the manager and I'm not going to pay for a hoa fee that is charging me unnecessary fees.

This is the most unprofessional property management company that I have ever dealt with. The manager Rashida did not display any type of customer service skills at all just as the other employees in the office. She used foul language and was very combative in speaking with me, she also yawned in my ear without excusing herself and insisting that I was not providing the proper information although I explained to her that I have a letter and email with the information that I was providing. They all are very dismissive, not helpful and are not concerned with the customers concerns, they all are in need of some customer service training. I spoke to Mark in accounting who was the only individual who was polite and courteous and made an attempt to assist me with my issue although he did not follow up with me as he informed me he would. I have had covenant orders placed on my account that does not belong to my address in which I have called several times in addition to forwarding an email to have it removed and it remains on my account. My main concern was an outstanding balance on my account in which payment for my assessment was made prior to the due date and I would like to have it removed. I attached the letter to my email that I forwarded to Mark for proof that the assessment was not late. Also, I submitted an application for structural change that was placed on my account as a covenant order, Rashida agreed that it should not have been placed under that category. This confirms the incompetence of this office. As a homeowner I never thought that I would be subjected to having to deal with such unprofessional behavior for I never have during my many years of renting.
