HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the process of filing a complaint with BBB this place should be closed!! Completely disgusting how you allow your employees to speak to your customers at that not even speak but over email! The sense of entitlement that was shown you should be ashamed! My advice is always treat people with respect you have no idea what someone else is capable of, the power they hold or the connections they have. When the emails i received go viral i hope you fire the employee in question!

nightmare service poor quality windows seal failures seal failures and more seal failures. No resolution but lots of "we will call you back" Stay away from these guys... RJ

I am a licensed contractor and I called this company so they can come out and measure the windows so they can fabricate the windows which are a very extremely oversized window. I wanted them to measure, and I was going to pay for the service, fabricate and install. They chose to rather berate me because I did not want to measure the windows. As far as telephone etiquette goes and courtesy this company is not the place to go.
