Pretty disappointed with this office and staff. Be aware!!!! They will do something one way and then the next time tell you they don't do it that way. They are not consistent and they are very rude about it. Even lied to me about changing or canceling my appt.

I have been a patient if Annette Lopez for 3 yrs now, and I have had nothing but good experiences with both the staff and Annette Lopez and Dr. Ferguson. Cynthia the receptionist is always polite, efficient, and very helpful. All the medical assistants are always very attentive and helpful. I have never been to a Dr's office where the entire staff was great! They have made a couple of mistakes with my medication's but we're very prompt to rectify the situation. I love that they also have walk ins available everyday. I love my Dr. and all the staff, and am a lifelong patient!
