The lawns are awful. They are lumpy, uneven, full of grubs. The lawn is mostly weeds. Takes a long time to get things done. 3 years to cut a tree down that was leaning towards my house. Mind you I asked for it to be fore we moved in, in 2018. Quit neighborhood and neighbors are nice.

Yes with a monthly pet fee. If it's a larger breed you may need to do a meet and greet first. You will also need to provide homeowners/renters insurance every year to management. The apartments do not allow dogs last I knew but, you can call the office to verify this.
