Christina is rude. Receive check in information via emailed. Check-in policy read we could only have one parking pass (this was not listed ANYWHERE in the description prior to booking) I responded back to her asking what we should do if we have two vehicles, her response was “did I not attach the rules??????” Then two weeks before our visit they cancelled our stay without an explanation.

Booked a condo approximately 8 month before the reserved dates. Called to confirm dates were available and have paid for the reservation only for Coastal Realty to take it upon themselves to change the dates not within 30 days, 60 days or even 90. They waited over 150 days to decide to change the dates and refuse to honor the dates that were agreed upon and paid for prior. Explained that we would not be able to make it some of the dates that it was changed to and asked to cancel those dates and keep the dates that were within the originally agreeed dates. Was told that is not allowed and that I would have to pay for days that we arent able to be there or not be able to keep the reservation. Now they are offering a refund knowing that almost everything else is booked for those dates. Will never use them again, absolutely horrible customer service. Be very careful using this service
