I moved here in September of last year. So far, the landlord has been very responsive to my needs. Relatively nice park.

Quiet...for a cramped trailer park. Water bill is ignorantly calculated by having all residents water usage added together then divided out by # of residents. I'd never live here.

Not for a family with kids, more like for college kids always has laundry music playing all hours of the night and the land lord does nothing about it.
