I am a newbie at the bicycling universe. I looked in many places only to be led here through an ad. Wonderful location, shop, quite a few variety to select from. While most places/shops seemed like they were busy and did not want to engage in educating me as a new to bicycle world, but at this shop, they did pretty well. Tessa was educating and patient, while she was not pushy for sales, she delievered the information, anticipating my beginner status. It helped me make the purchase confidently. Post purchase conversation with Tessa, was also handled well, and I felt that I got a wonderful experience. Thank You Tessa. PS _ I will add pictures later.
