I ordered on Amazon and this was the only pickup location. The only location to pickup is way across town. I generally love Best Buy but the customer service wasn't what I'm used to. The reps on the floor where helpful but cashier made me feel like I was inconveniencing her.

Whoa sorry to be Steve downer I’m ready to get another car BT receiver more than once now looking in the car receiver section easily 30 minutes then walking around this store being passed by workers not acknowledged once. Till I asked if anyone works here. I have to let it go. Annoying never use to be like this. To say still because of Covid. Bummer

I went into your store number 1224 on Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood. I was shopping for an iPad and a laser projector for my business. When I left after shopping I bought a drink that they have next to your cash register. I walked out of the store went to the car opened it and it was flat and it was not good. I brought it back in the young man at the front said there’s nothing he could do about it and I can’t believe he watched me walk out just a minute before. I asked to see the manager and he said he was the manager. Be a long time before you find me back at your store I’m a long-term customer a Best Buy and I’ve never been treated like this before. It’s not the money it’s the principle I would never treat my customers like this.

Best Buy claims they have improved their customer service to try and get people to come to their store rather than buy off Amazon but the handful of times I have gone there not only has it not gotten better its gotten much much worse. Every employee acts frustrated or inconvenience they have to help you. I did not feel welcome in any of the Best Buys I have been to in the past year. I will be continuing to go to Amazon for my electronics.

So the way ordering works is Best Buy will always order what they can, the real question is will sony allow Best Buy to order from them and is there a supply to order from, backorder of major electronic devices during the holidays is a high possibility
Best Buy used to recycle used electronics but I don't know if they are now.

Depends on what you buy
They have brand and model specific power supplies and generic ones that come with different adapter tips that can be switched to make them useful for more than one exact device
