Trying to call the Belmar store in Denver, CO and I get a recording however, when trying to press any option to get a live person the recording keeps repeating itself does anybody have suggestions besides driving to the store?

Go to the store. Best Buy contracts it's phone service out so if you do get a real person, they won't be a Best Buy employee
