Gavin, clearly that is not our normal operating procedure. If you have an issue like that, this is not the forum for resolving the matter. We take this seriously, and you should bring something like this to the attention of our manager right as you had a concern with your pizza. Thanks.
Delivery is almost always flat rate for a surrounding radius.
