Just bought a house and have Carson oil for propane I’ve called them to get the service switched out of the previous owner name almost 2 months ago and they have failed to help at all. I just got off the phone with them today after getting into a yelling match over the phone because Dena wouldn’t let me talk! They think a proper notice is calling you the day before and telling when they choose to show up horrible company find someone else to use. If you like piss poor customer service this is the company for you.

Very rude an unprofessional, had no marking of there company name on the propane tank I had. Was supposed to work with other propane company that I was using as they were the ones to fill it last an I had 40% propane left in it. When universal knew the situation they came an got the tank with my propane in it an didn't even care. It's not my fault they didn't mark there tank to know it wasn't house owners tank. My propane company said they would deliver it to universal once I used my propane up an they brought in New tank. Which universal agreed too an came an got the tank anyways with my propane, they did send me a letter stating they were picking it up. Which was when I was in North Carolina. They should of called land lords number an discussed it, an this all could have been prevented. Sounds like stealing to me!! An instead of talking to me like a professional they rudely hung up. I'm not a rude person but I defiantly got the short end of the stick an now have no heating for my daughter an i. As our propane company can't make it out yet
