I was supposed to have my package arrive on a Friday , it required a signature , they “attempted “ delivery at 11:23am I was sitting on my couch which is right next to my front door I noticed at 11:30 bc I got a notification from Amazon for the attempt . No one knocked or rang the doorbell . I’m guessing driver was lazy and thought I wasn’t home bc I park in the garage not the driveway. I called multiples times throughout Friday and they kept telling me I would receive a call from dispatch & they where going to redeliver that day . They never did . By my 5th time calling it was around 7 o’clock and I was in Ashland working I asked if I could pick it up they said I would have to be there by 7:30 and I would have to pay a pick up fee. What a joke . I asked if my spouse could pick it up bc she wasn’t doing anything. But we just moved and haven’t changed address on id yet and we don’t share same last name so they wouldn’t allow it even if I gave permission. Now I have to wait until Monday for something that I should’ve already received all bc a lazy delivery driver didn’t want to knock or ring my doorbell.

The service is fine. This is the only UPS customer service center in GP. They are only open from 11-3:30. The parking lot is HAZARDOUS with potholes. The lobby is tiny.

Way better and cheaper than USPS. Nice people and helpful unlike a certain govt ran mail system.

On 2/11/22 a very large box was delivered to my home on a private driveway, but the gate was locked so instead of setting it by the gate, the driver THREW it over the tall gate and the box was beat up, ripped and torn. Such a moronic thing to do.
